  They could have had more than two registers on each end of the store open. The long lines were an indication they needed more registers open. I understand it is last minute shoppers. But where is the customer service during the busiest time of the year?

  No longer a cellular dead zone, Kohl's was a calm, pleasant, uneventful experience. The line was kinda moving slow so I just checked another Dept. And low and behold shorter line. The clearance has some great finds, but Availability between in store and online can be kind of a drag.   Great casual place to shop. Staff is always very helpful and friendly. Have a bit of everything you need. And with a Kohls card you don't even have to pay the same day and may even get some Kohls cash to bring down your final cost.
