  My husband and I ordered a mattress and base but cancelled the order and received a full refund. While the salespeople in store were perfectly helpful and kind, our delivery was delayed two times, and all communications from the salespeople to the warehouse have gone unanswered. The staff in the store had no idea when our product would be delivered. Don't buy from here, or any Mattress Firm location. They are obviously spending too much on advertising and not enough on hiring staff to actually fulfill orders. They make promises they simply can't keep.
