Dan asked to see the burnt out lamp, opened the hood, and took out the lamp AND even replaced it for us! It was a very tedious job and needed a lot of patience with cell phone flashlights not quite doing the job. DAN, you are awesome! We never expected such generous service! 5 STARS all the way! Thank you!!!
