  Hit and miss. Half the associates are very knowledgeable the other half don't know much more than how to work the computer. Sold me a device based on wrong information, that ended up being defective. Went to have them fix it, got home and it still had the same issue. Tech support authorized an exchange and ensured the store would have a replacement in stock. Guess what? None in stock and they tried to stick me with the $50 restock fee even though they sold me a unit that was defective anyway, AND didn't do what they said it would do. I won't be going back.
